What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
What are your product made of?
All of our product are 3D printed using high quality machines and high quality PLA. PLA is a biodegradable plastic and should not be left in extreme heat for long periods of time.
When will I get my order?
Our processing time is typically 3 to 5 days to create and print each items before it is shipped off to it's new home.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in our small home based print shop located in Red Oak, TX.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
